Quality Chemicals Limited participated in a community responsibility project financed by Standard Chartered Bank through which over 16,000 insecticide treated nets were subsidized for pregnant women and children below 5 years for one division in Kampala. Standard Chartered Bank, as a result of this partnership, scooped the “2003 Community Award” in Uganda during the Best Employer Award ceremony organized by the Federation of Uganda Employees and facilitated by Ernst and Young, a leading audit firm.

By making sure that Malaria victims have access to prompt medication, as well as preventative measures such as Insecticide Treated MosquitorNets, as well as providing access to other quality and affordable interventions.
